Welcome to Hola Appart, where we aim to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please carefully read our general conditions below to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience during your rental period.
1. Booking & Reservation
– All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.
– A valid ID and credit card information are required at the time of booking.
– Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Payment & Rates
– The total rental fee is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
– Any applicable taxes and additional fees (cleaning, security deposits, etc.) will be clearly stated during the booking process.
3. Free Cancellation Policy
– Guests are entitled to free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
– For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, a cancellation fee may apply.
– The cancellation fee will be equal to the amount paid for the first night of the rental period.
– Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ensure proper processing.
4. Check-in & Check-out
