The White Dune

The tour usually begins with a 4WD drive from the hotel to the desert. Once there, you can enjoy a thrilling ride over the rolling sand dunes in a specially designed vehicle.

Puerto Rico Beach

Imlili

Imlili is an excellent desert excursion by 4×4. It is a 2 hour drive that takes you through sand dunes and different landscapes to the filtered water reservoir where small fish await a pedicure.

THE PK40 HEAT SPRING

A sulphurous hot spring in the middle of the desert. The spring spontaneously releases hot and natural water at a temperature of 34 to 37°C.

Dragon Island

A small island located just off the coast of Dakhla. As you approach the island, you will be greeted by a stunning landscape of crystal clear waters, golden sandy beaches and lush vegetation.

SAHRAOUI TENT

The Sahrawi tent is a place where you can taste the typical dishes of the region. It is not only a place to eat, it is also an educational center that hosts cultural and social activities.

General Conditions

Welcome to Hola Appart, where we aim to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please carefully read our general conditions below to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience during your rental period.
1. Booking & Reservation
– All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.
– A valid ID and credit card information are required at the time of booking.
– Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Payment & Rates
– The total rental fee is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
– Any applicable taxes and additional fees (cleaning, security deposits, etc.) will be clearly stated during the booking process.
3. Free Cancellation Policy
– Guests are entitled to free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
– For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, a cancellation fee may apply.
– The cancellation fee will be equal to the amount paid for the first night of the rental period.
– Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ensure proper processing.
4. Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in time is between [check-in time] and [check-out time].
– Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
5. Identification & Age Requirement
– All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
– The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
6. Apartment Use

7. Maintenance & Repairs
– We aim to provide a fully functional apartment. If any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please contact us immediately.
– Repairs or maintenance requests will be addressed as promptly as possible.
Guests should report any damages or malfunctions as soon as they are noticed.

8. Quiet Hours
